We aim to process and ship in-stock items within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition.
Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap and safely secured.
Then, they are packed and handed over to our trusted shipping partner to be delivered to you as soon as possible.
International Shipping: International clients do not pay import duties levied by their government to Stevenbrands Pvt. Ltd. (Known as stevenandjacob.com). Clients will have to pay the customs duty to the courier provider in order to receive the product (only if taxes are applicable).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.
You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse. (You can also easily track your order's progress by logging into your Account.)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
